The Learning Road comes from the team behind Careberry, a care management system built inside a home care provider and now assured by NHS England as a digital social care record. We know what a mandatory training list looks like from the manager's chair, and what a 60 minute eLearning module looks like from a carer's phone at the end of a double shift.
Plain English, one idea per screen
Care staff are skilled and busy, and not all of them are confident readers. Every screen is pitched for that, and narration is there for anyone who would rather listen.
Questions that test doing, not remembering
Every question is a situation a care worker will actually meet, and every wrong option is a mistake someone actually makes. Nothing is "all of the above".
Current, and honest about it
Each course states what it was checked against and when. When the law moves, we rebuild the course rather than leave a stale one on your training list.
